Clarendon County 911 call center received a call regarding developing flooding near 1208 Seloc Road. Water has filled up ditches on both sides of the road and water starting to cover the roadway.

Wider weather episode

Heavy rainfall associated with Tropical Storm Debby occurred across South Carolina for several days resulting in areas of flash flooding. There was also an isolated severe thunderstorm on the 6th.
