Picture on social media forwarded by NWS Student Volunteer shows Dutchmans Creek overflowing its banks and causing flooding on Flint Hill Road just after 5pm.

The wider storm

Heavy rainfall associated with Tropical Storm Debby occurred across South Carolina for several days resulting in areas of flash flooding. There was also an isolated severe thunderstorm on the 6th.

Began near Flint Hill (34.3900, -80.9300).
