Flooding was reported at Calle Estacion, behind the old Eugenio Maria de Hostos School, where the ICPR Junior College is located.

A departing tropical wave left above normal moisture across the region. Additionally, an upper-level trough left favorable dynamics for the development of showers and thunderstorms. This strong activity led to urban and flash flooding along several municipalities in Puerto Rico.
