There was a photo of water over the roadway and localized flooding near the intersection of 800 N and 1100 E at Meads Wash. The Carbon County Regional Airport/Buck Davis Field ASOS reported 0.44 inches of rain in less than 15 minutes, then 0.59 inches over the following 30 minutes.
