Event narrative
Tide levels along the coast of Cameron Parish exceeded 2 feet MHHW during 2 high tide cycles. The highest value recorded at CAPL1 was 2.54 feet above MHHW during the late morning of the 19th. Minor flooding occurred on Highway 82 east and west of Holly Beach and north of the Kelso Bayou Bridge in Hackberry on Highway 27.

Tropical Storm Alberto moved across the western gulf and into Northeast Mexico. The large wind field of the disorganized system pushed water levels into minor flood along the coast of Southeast Texas and South Louisiana.
