Thunderstorm wind gusts downed several trees and powerlines near the intersection of County Roads 15 and 1. Damage extended further east with minor property damage near the intersection of County Road 15 and 103. Crop damage is an estimate from insured losses. Scattered thunderstorms developed along a cold front during the late morning hours across southwest Minnesota. The strongest cell produced damaging wind gusts and marginally large hail.
