The Homestead Complex of Wildfires was discovered on July 19th around 600 PM PST. The complex consists of 7 fires. The fires started 15 to 30 miles northeast of Glide in Douglas County, Oregon. The fires were lightning caused. As of 530 AM PST on 09/01, they had burned 5,910 acres, were 60% contained, no structures had been destroyed, and it had cost $ 41.9M.
