Event narrative

The Warner Peak Wildfire was discovered on August 5th at 405 PM PST. The fire started 6 miles east of Plush, which is also 32 miles northeast of Lakeview in Lake County, Oregon. The fire was caused by lightning. As of 530 AM PST on 08/25, it had burned 65,866 acres, was 100% contained, no structures had been destroyed, and it had cost $ 10.7M.
