Multiple lines of thunderstorms developed ahead and along a cold front. The first line of stronger thunderstorms worked their way down across northeast WI and over Lake Michigan overnight into the morning of August 27. An Additional line of stronger thunderstorms followed a similar track through the late morning hours and early afternoon of the 27th.
