Most of the hail was dime size, with some quarter size hail mixed in; lasted 5-10 minutes. Very windy but could not estimate the wind speed.
Wider weather episode
Thunderstorms developed across portions of NW Kansas during the late morning through the afternoon hours. Hail up to golf ball size was reported in Logan county, along with 60-70 mph winds reported in Norton, Decatur, and Thomas counties.
