Social media video showed water running over Dripping Springs Road.

An upper high continued to sit over Arizona while another elongated trough moved into the Great Lakes but extended all the way down into southern New Mexico. Modest moisture was located over the Borderland and slow moving storms produced flash flooding over the Salt Burn scar twice and also near Las Cruces.
