A National Weather Service employee reported a 12 inch diameter tree uprooted.

During the afternoon and evening hours on July 13th, storms of various modes moved across portions of western Wisconsin producing both large hail and damaging wind gusts. As storms progressed eastward, they developed into a line and continued to produce wind damage as they moved into central Wisconsin.
