The public reported a waterspout about 2 miles east or southeast of Miramar Beach.

Numerous showers and thunderstorms developed in association with the remnants of Hurricane Francine and a stalled frontal boundary. A few wind gusts in excess of 34 knots were measured, and a couple of waterspouts were observed.
