Significant structural damage near the intersection of Logistics Pkwy and hwy-16.

Wider weather episode

Scattered thunderstorms developed along a stationary front in the Atlanta metro and towards Macon. Heavy rainfall was the main threat, however isolated wind damage and strong storms were able to develop through the afternoon along a line stretching from between Atlanta and Macon up through Athens.
