Event narrative

A USGS stream gage along the Little Colorado River near St. Johns (LCSA3) reported a 3.8 foot rise between 530 PM and 830 PM. The flow returned to near normal around 800 AM on the 28th. St. Johns police reported that multiple homes being flooded along Commercial Street and along 7th Street South near the Little Colorado River. Street flooding was also occurring in St Johns.
