An airplane pilot reported a waterspout about 3 miles offshore, near Lake Worth, associated with a small thunderstorm.

Conditions were beginning to deteriorate across all waters on August 3rd as Tropical Depression Four, or soon to be Tropical Storm Debby, rapidly progressed towards the southeastern Gulf of Mexico. With these conditions, unsettled weather and its impacts were felt across South Florida and all local waters bringing heavy rainfall and thunderstorms to the region.
