Event narrative

The Evanston-Uinta County Airport - Burns Field ASOS recorded a period of wind gusts to 70 mph between 4:19 pm MST and 4:28 pm MST, followed by an additional period of gusts to 59 mph between 4:32 pm MST and 5:40 pm MST. These gusts were the result of outflow winds associated with a nearby cluster of showers and thunderstorms moving through the area.
