Strong north to northeast winds were observed across the Santa Clarita Valley. Some peak gusts include: Solemint Canyon (gust 59 MPH) and Newhall Pass RAWS (gust 58 MPH).

A second, late season, storm rolled across Southwestern California. This storm brought strong north to northeast winds as well as strong thunderstorms with gusty outflow winds and hail.
