A thunderstorm wind gust of 47 mph/41 knots was measured at the Juno Beach Pier WxFlow station XJUP at 331 PM EDT.

Wider weather episode

With Tropical Storm Debby easing its impact on South Florida, the conditions made a return to a more seasonable pattern by the end of the first week of August. The breezy conditions began to subside, which allowed for it easier to achieve sea breeze convection and enhance coastal activity, especially over the Atlantic waters. This allowed for scattered showers and thunderstorms, often accommodated with gusty winds and downpours, in the afternoon hours and evening hours.
