Video shared on social media showed a waterspout west of Michigan City that moved onshore as a landspout at the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.

Showers produced three waterspouts over southern Lake Michigan during the morning of September 7th. One of the waterspouts came onshore as a brief landspout tornado northeast of Beverly Shores in northwest Indiana.
