A supercell thunderstorm moved over the Sheridan area during the mid-afternoon hours of the 12th. This thunderstorm produced large, damaging hail across the city of Sheridan. There were numerous reports to the county Emergency Management of vehicle and roof damage. The Sheridan College sustained considerable roof damage on 13 of its buildings.
