Video on social media showed flooding on College and Hills streets in Tusculum. Also have reports of a couple of roads closed in Greeneville due to flooding as well.

Wider weather episode

A buoyant environment, ahead of a cold front and an upper low, sparks several rounds of scattered thunderstorms in eastern Tennessee. A few instances of localized flooding occurred as a result.
