Two trees downed along Township Roads 25 and 29, about 0.40-miles SSE of Glenmont.

At the surface, a low drifted southeastward across southern Lake Michigan to near the border of northwestern IN and southwestern Lower MI during the evening of the 1st through wee hours of the 2nd. Simultaneously, a front extended eastward from the low and remained nearly-stationary in vicinity of Lake Erie, the trailing cold front drifted southeastward to northwestern IN and southern IL, and northern OH remained within the warm and humid sector. Ahead of the cold front, a cluster of multicell thunderstorms impacted Holmes County and produced isolated straight-line convective wind damage just south-southeast of Glenmont as the storms encountered weak to moderate MUCAPE, moderate DCAPE, and moderate effective bulk shear.
