Time and location are estimated. A flood wave was observed at the Muddy Creek near Emery gauge, with a rise from around 34 cfs to around 700 cfs between 4:45 and 5 p.m. MDT. This flood wave would have then routed into the warned area between 5 and 6 p.m. MDT.
