Another wet, unsettled day continued across much of NE FL and coastal SE GA as a surface front draped across north FL lifted slowly northward. Locally, near record high

deep layer moisture with PWAT values 2-2.5 inches were in place with weak steering flow. Waves of morning coastal rainfall expanded inland with diurnal heating.
