Severe thunderstorm wind gusts downed trees on Blueberry Hill Rd. in Fremont.

An upper-level low over the Canadian Maritimes brought a strong jet overhead which provided strong shear to the state of New Hampshire on the afternoon of August 15th. This allowed for strong to severe thunderstorms to develop from Central New Hampshire that quickly traveled southward into Southern New Hampshire, bringing with it large hail and damaging winds.
