Tropical storm force winds impacted Hawk Channel along the Upper Florida Keys of Monroe County. Sustained winds peaked at 34 to 42 knots with gusts 45 to 52 knots.

The center of Tropical Storm Debby passed about 85 nautical miles to the west-southwest of Key West on a north-northwest path through the southeastern Gulf of Mexico. Tropical storm-force wind gusts occurred in rain bands extending throughout the Straits of Florida and Florida Keys. Sustained tropical storm force winds occurred over the coastal waters mainly from along the Lower Florida Keys west of the Seven Mile Bridge through Dry Tortugas.
