An emergency manager from OMME San Sebastian reported a rockfall at PR-111 Km 23.9, close to Salto Collazo in Barrio Piedras Blancas. Social media posts show a 2013 Kia Rio severely impacted by the rockfall. However, the car driver was not harmed.
