As a surface low moved east across the Great Lakes, its trailing cold front dropped south through the Midwest and towards the Lower Ohio Valley. Multiple rounds of convection worked through central Kentucky. Some of these thunderstorms produced damaging winds, resulting in scattered damage across central Kentucky.
