At 11:37 am, Flagler County emergency management (EM) Water was to the top of the sea walls in Palm Coast salt water canals. There were no reports of overtopping yet. At 1:25 pm, EM relayed that canals were overtopped along Clubhouse Drive in Palm Coast, FL.

Onshore flow and high astronomical tides continued to produce high daily tides with some inundation onto normally dry ground.
