The Rio Barbara SNOTEL recorded an estimated 11 inches of snow.

Wider weather episode

An early season upper level low brought winter weather across the higher elevations of the northern and central NM November 4th. While snow levels fell to around 7,000 feet, significant accumulating snow was limited to portions of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Raton Pass area. Closures of I-25 at Raton Pass and a few power outages were reported.
