The Middle Fork Wildfire was discovered on July 17th at 155 PM PST. The fire started 14 miles northeast of Union Creek, within Crater Lake National Park, extending from Klamath County, Oregon into Douglas County, Oregon. The fire cause is undetermined. As of 530 AM PST on September 20th, it had burned 5,286 acres, was 70% contained, no structures had been destroyed, and it had cost $ 11.4M.
