Railroad (UPR) sensor EMKAY (UP226), located 14 miles west southwest of Cheyenne reported this peak wind gust. WYDOT sensor Otto (WY38), located 16 miles west southwest of Cheyenne also reported a wind gust of 58 mph at 146AM on the 5th of November.
