Emergency Managers reported that PR-177, near Dispensario Farma Verde was impassable due to flooding.

Wider weather episode

As a tropical wave approached the region, strong showers and thunderstorms developed with rainfall accumulations ranging from one to two inches. This led to several reports of flooding, as well as gusty winds across several sectors of the San Juan metro area and western Puerto Rico.
