A waterspout was sighted just east of Hotel El Conquistador in Fajardo. The waterspout looked very week on the video.

Wider weather episode

Passing showers were observed in the vicinity of the Virgin Islands in the morning hours of October 12th. Even though the showers were not too strong or frequent, a waterspout spawned just east of Fajardo.
