Webcams indicated visibility below 1000 feet in north Fresno along SR 99.

Skies cleared out some in portions of the San Joaquin Valley during the evening of November 23 which allowed for some areas of dense fog to form in the valley between the late evening of November 23 and the morning of November 24 with a few locations reporting visibility reduced to below an eighth of a mile. This impacted travel along SR 99 for a few hours during the morning of November 24 between north Fresno and Chowchilla. The fog dissipated by late morning.
