Near freezing temperatures were observed across the Valley and foothills from late in the evening on November 18th through the morning of the 19th. For elevations below 2000 feet in the Valley and foothills, temperatures were around 30 to 35 degrees, and for the mountains, temperatures were in the teens and 20s.
