Following the departure of the winter storm which brought a quarter to half an inch of rainfall to much of the Tehachapi Mountains, low level upslope resulted in fog reducing visibility below a quarter mile in Tehachapi and along portions of SR 58 through the Tehachapi Mountains between the evening of November 26 and the morning of November 27 when the fog lifted into a stratus deck.
