Event narrative

The combination of high pressure to the north and Helene Remnant low pressure to the west southwest, resulted in prolonged southeast, east and northeast winds which caused minor to moderate (tidal) coastal flooding over portions of Dorchester county adjacent to the Chesapeake Bay. Bishops Head reached 3.76 feet MLLW at 100 pm on Monday, September 30.
