The COOP observer in Stanford measured 6 inches new snow over 24 hours. Radar was used to estimate a more specific time range for the snowfall.

Wider weather episode

A quick clipper like system dove southeastward through a northwesterly flow aloft the evening of Nov 27 into the 28th. A narrow band of enhanced snowfall rates developed in Judith Basin county, perhaps aided by convergence around terrain, to result in 6 inches new snow in the Stanford area.
