Multiple reports, from various public sources, reported observing at least a funnel cloud in-between Corvallis,OR and Philomath,OR. Radar did show possible rotation around this time. Location point used is a best estimate based on information from the public.

The wider storm

A frontal boundary passed through the region on October 30th followed by a quick transition to an unstable post-frontal airmass with cold air advecting into the region aloft in the afternoon hours. The convection conditions and weak shear produced a funnel cloud.

Began near Conroy (44.5487, -123.3246).
