Event narrative

Delta College Police Department reported around 10:15 AM that the tree had fallen on two tents at a flea market. Two injured men were taken to an area hospital. Stockton Airport reported north to west sustained winds of 10 to 25 MPH with gusts of 15 to 35 MPH from 7 AM to 7 PM on Sunday. Around the time of the reported event, north to west winds were reported, sustained at 16 to 20 MPH, and gusting to 22 to 29 MPH.
