Blizzard conditions occurred across most of Sheridan County, with wind gusts at or above 35 mph generating blowing snow which reduced visibilities to 1/4 SM or less at times from around 10am through 8pm on the 19th. Slight improvements in visibility were noted during the early morning hours on the 20th.
