Honda Creek out of its banks flooded PR-31, KM14.9, leaving both lanes impassable. This is near Edgardo Auto Parts and the intersection with PR-936.

Wider weather episode

A series of cold fronts and a polar trough increased moisture and instability across the region to end October and start November. Above normal moisture, saturated soils, and rivers running high increased the risk of flooding. A Flash Flood Watch was in effect on November 1st with Debris Flow, Sinkholes, Flooding and Flash Flooding being reported in southeastern and north-central Puerto Rico.
