A waterspout was sighted offshore Maunabo. The observer indicated that it quickly dissipated.

Unsettled and variable weather conditions persisted on Nov 23rd as moisture from the Caribbean moved across the region, with its related showers, and a deep polar trough deepened across the northwestern Caribbean. A short-lived waterspout was able to form near Maunabo.
