Flash flooding was reported along PR-31, Exit 22, due to Blanco River (rio Blanco) flowing out of its banks.

The wider storm

Wet and unstable weather conditions persisted on Nov 5th onwards due to an upper-level trough and a surface frontal boundary through midweek, followed by the proximity of an area of low pressure by the 7th, heightening flooding and lightning risks. Flooding or Flash Flooding was reported in San Juan, Naguabo, Carolina and Guaynabo. A landslide was also reported on the 8th at Fajardo.
