Gusts of 60 to 70 MPH were recorded from WYDOT and UPR sensors along Interstate 80. A maximum gust of 67 MPH was recorded at the EMKAYW UPR sensor (14 WSW Cheyenne) at 9:16 AM MDT on December 11.
