In Swansea, numerous trees were down on Sydney Ave. Winds generally gusted 40 to 50 mph but the peak gust was 58 mph at 3:33 PM at the New Bedford Airport ASOS (KEWB).

Wider weather episode

A storm system passing to the north of southern New England brought several inches of rain along with strong winds which caused a smattering of damage in MA and RI.
