The ASOS at the Yakima Airport and the AWOS at the Sunnyside Municipal Airport recorded below freezing temperatures for 7 to 10 hours the morning of Oct. 18th. Nearly all stations in the Yakima valley recorded temperatures at or below freezing the morning of Oct. 18th.
