Visibility of one eighth of a mile was reported in Madera.

Clear skies, light winds and inversion conditions allowed for patchy dense fog to develop in the central San Joaquin Valley during the morning of January 11. Visibility was reduced to around an eighth of a mile in Madera which briefly impacted travel along SR 99. The fog completely dissipated by late morning.
